Sweetened with healthier brown rice syrup, Rice Crispy Treats still taste great. And coconut cream makes a satisfying substitute for marshmallow, as brown rice crispy cereal gives it the crunchiness you expect. I also add coconut oil, almond butter and vanilla. To make it as healthy as possible, I try to use all organic and non-GMO ingredients.

This recipe is so quick to make, I’ve whipped it up in the morning before school to go in the kids’ lunches. And I’m not even a morning person!
