In this talk, Wendy focuses on ways that nutritional changes can be an important component in managing the effects of sugar on children. Some examples include a discussion of which sweeteners to remove from your family’s diet, a review and sampling of sweeteners to use for long-term health, and choosing food for overall blood sugar balance. Wendy will also share about her new e-course, a nice complement to her book to help mamas (and children alike) learn to bring awareness to their relationship with food.

My friend Jen and I were talking about what would be useful for this back to school time, and the first thing that came out of my mouth was “focus and clarity.” We love the topic and immediately found ourselves thinking of our favorite essential oils for relaxation. I can share about much more than just relaxation so that we can make our own products. We will share wisdom and experience about essential oils for this area. (You are welcome to bring kids with you.)

At this make-and-take, you’ll make your very own recipes for this back-to-school time.
